Edit: I tried using the following CSS but it did not work:
#Top_bar a.button.action_button { background: #000 !important; color: FFF !important; }

If you want to customize the Action Button, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons, select style Custom, and there you will be able to modify the visual display.
