Hey guys,
I'm using the "blog teaser" section on my homepage, and I want to disable the author's name from showing up.
After going to Theme's Options - Blog, Portfolio & Shop - Blog - Disabling Author didn't do anything, where is this option located then?
Thanks in advance :)

Hello,
After unchecking the Author from Post Meta section, it should disappear.
If you have any caching plugins, please, turn them off, resave theme options, and check if works then.
Thanks
Hey Phil, it still doesn't work, that's the option that I had tried to switch on and off.. is there any other option to try to fix this error?
Please attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
thanks

Did you turn off all of the plugins, resave theme options, refreshed your cache and checked if it disappear then?
If yes, please, send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I did try that, the problem still persists, I have just sent you the login credentials.
The "Post Meta" hide author option does not work for that item - it works for the main blog pages only, so sorry about the misunderstanding.
The only way to do hide that element is using Custom CSS code, please paste that code into Theme Options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS
Thanks
Thank you Pablo for that custom code, it has partially solved my problem, as now the word "at" remains to be removed as well, how can we do this? (screen attached).
Thanks for the help so far.
Please, add the following CSS Code too, and it will disappear.
Thanks
Thank you guys, this is perfect!
I close my case now :)
