Deregistration

I host my sites in Azure. My URL is tuitionsoft.co.uk. I am unable to see the revolution slider. I tried many things like deactivating plugin, and activating again etc. That did not help. At the moment the site is totally unusable. I used Avada themes before for many years and had no issues.

    the message "The package could not be installed[...]" could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

    If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard)

    After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.


    Please, also, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you have selected Builder | Visibility: Everyone.

    Moreover, you can try to uninstall and install the Slider Revolution plugin.

  • hi, I first installed on a test domain in Azure called tuitionsoftmarketing.azurewebsites.net''. This domain was provided to me by Azure hosting. I made the mistake of pressing 'register my theme'. I then added my actual domain 'www.tuitionsoft.co.uk' and then tried to de-register the other theme but it would not work. It kept saying 'you need to delete theme folder xxx' I tried to go to azure hosting panel and remove the test domain 'tuitionsoftmarketing.azurewebsites.net' but Azure will not allow me to do so. I then tried to do this manually from muffingroup website but still have problems. Please can you de-register the theme on 'tuitionsoftmarketing.azurewebsites.net'. I will only use the theme on 'www.tuitionsoft.co.uk' which is my own website. I have already tried to uninstall and re-install slider revolution. But it has not helped. Please confirm that you de-registered the test URL as I do not have access to that test domain.

  • hi, I have now managed to de-register and register my domain 'www.tuitionsoft.co.uk' successfully. I reinstalled the sliders and I can now see the website work. I have 2 major issues. 1) it takes about 10 seconds to load every page. 2) I cannot edit any page. I still get the 'use the safe mode' message though I tried to use the 'Elementor' to edit the page. Please see screenshot attached. Are these problems because I use 'permalinks postname' ? I am really stressed as this was working ok on my test URL 'tuitionsoftmarketing.azurewebsites.net' and only then I added my live domain 'www.tuitionsoft.co.uk'. Now I have customers complaining. So I am under a lot of pressure. I did not have any problems when using my old Avada theme. I have now sent this message via the contact form as well.

  • I wanted you to send a private message about deregistering in the previous message, but now when you handled it, I need to ask you for one private message more with the dashboard access. Thanks to that, we will be able to check out what is wrong with Elementor.

  • For the record I have re-installed both the sliders. I have also re-installed the Business 3 theme. I had to remove the duplicate content in menu with the second install. Still performance issue on website with each page taking 10 seconds to load. Also I cannot edit a page. I can confirm that the settings below are set to visible: everyone:

    Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you have selected Builder | Visibility: Everyone.

  • The site now loads fast. I think your re-installing the theme once again may have cured something. However there is one final issue left: I cannot edit any content pages using Elementor. I still get the error 'Run in safe mode'.

    There are 2 minor path corrections for images:

    wrong path: http://tuitionsoftmarketing.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/biz3-home-scroll-section-bg.jpg

    correct path: https://www.tuitionsoft.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/biz3-home-scroll-section-bg.jpg

    Note how the theme is referring to 'http' and not 'https'. Also it somehow has reference to the old test site.

  • The problem is most probably, related to your hosting provider, you should contact him about these problems, because even after switching to other theme (twenty twenty), issue still exists.

    Also, check how many error messages in console you got (even on default theme)


    Before contacting hosting provider, you should re-install your WP instance, if after doing that the problem will still appear, you have to contact your hosting provider.

    thanks for getting back. Appreciate your advice. I will re-install the wordpress instance completely on a new host instance inside Azure and see if that works. By the way I dont see your errors. I think your errors refer to lack of internet connection. Look at my console screenshot. the only items it raises relate to https missing on images.

    Can you confirm that I can change Permalinks to 'post name' in the new instance? Does Eliminator work.

  • hi, I did a fresh install of wordpress, removed folders, reset data, cleaned data everything from scratch. Eliminator editor does not work for business 3 theme. I think it is best I cancel the purchase. I think your sites have great themes. It is a shame I am unable t use them. I even tried swapping the template but I still cannot edit the page with elementor. Please cancel this purchase. Thanks.

  • hi, I have traced the problems to Elementor plugin. If I disable it then I am able to manually edit the page. So for now please dont cancel the purchase. Give me 2 to 3 days to try and sort the problem out. I looked up youtube and found that if you roll back Elementor to a previous version it works ok. I will do some experiments and try to sort this out. if that fails then I will come back for a cancellation.

  • Hooray! I managed to find a solution. I went to Elementor -> Tools -> Version control and then rolled back to 3.0.7. And that works. So I will complete editing the site today and tomorrow and if things work out I would like to stay and use your services as I appreciate the quick response I got from you guys on day 1 :) Thanks chaps.
