Cannot access premium bundled plugins

The menu link to premium bundled plugins does not show and when I try to access via the support page I get an error "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Thanks. I am able to access after I disable all plugins. However, after clearing cache and activating, the link goes away again

Please, check which plugin cause this issue by disabling them all and turning them one by one.
