WPBakery Page Builder will not work after update failed, code writing to screen

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still appears.
Also, if you are using child theme, please, switch to parent, and check if it works then.

Thank you for your reply. I took all steps you mentioned above and still the WP Bakery code is writing to the screen and is won't activate/needs update. However, I thought I would try to update WP Bakery again and I get a prompt for me to register this theme again, but when I put the license in I get the following error.
"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: h6f.16e.myftpupload.com"
With "h6f.16e.myftpupload.com" being the temp URL we were using before the site went live this past Friday, it's the same site as http://winofphiladelphia.org

You are not understanding me, I just want WP Bakery to work again and I don't want to Deregister a license, it asks me to delete all theme files before doing this and I absolutely don't want to do that, the site is finished and perfect.
Again The website http://winofphiladelphia.org and h6f.16e.myftpupload.com (the one you are asking me to deregister, this is it's temp URL on GoDaddy) are the same exact site. Can you please look at the website and advise what I should do without deleting anything?? Login info below...

You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on two domains.
All of the themes on the envato market are under the same license,

The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolder on localhost installations.

Again, I only have one website (http://winofphiladelphia.org) and no subdomains. I fully understand that the license for this theme can only be used on one website. The other URL (h6f.16e.myftpupload.com) is a temporary domaiin name assigned by the host (godaddy). Below is info about it

Please tell me how to fix this so I can reactivate WP Bakery.
If you want to update the WPBakery you need to have activated license key on that domain.
So, if you are getting message that your purchase code is already used, you need to remove code from that website, using our API tool.
If you are having troubles with removing your license key from the other domain, please, contact us through the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
Without doing these steps, unfortunately, you will not be able to update your WPBakery.

I opened a ticket at the link you suggested above, but this has been an issue for 5 days now. I paid for support and my client is really angry that the WP Bakery Code is writring to the screen due to your Register/DeRegister issues with this theme. I asked you to login and check but you have repeatedly told me this is my error when it clearly is not!!!
This issue with the theme not being able to Register is on your end. I have spoken to the host, GoDaddy and they assure me that there is one website only ( a large well known host in the US) and I have developed a dozen sites using this configuration.
Please correspond with whomever I sent the message to on the link you suggested above (http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact) and get this fixed today!

Please, tell me, where we told you that it's your fault?
The problem surely could be solved faster, if you would follow our steps from the beginning - you said, that you migrated the website, but, did you follow our guide how to properly migrate the website?
It looks like you missed one step, license key is still attached on your old domain, but according to ThemeForest rules, the license key has to be registered on single domain and if your theme is not registered, then you won't be able to update any of the bundled plugins.
Of course, you can wait for the email support to response, but I'm sure, that fixing this problem won't take you more than few minutes, just follow this message, that @Phil sent.
Simply, you have to deregister the license code from old domain using our api tool and register it on the new domain, after that you will be able to update/install the plugin properly.

I migrated the site through GoDaddy and their automated service, not through your suggested plugins.And Again, I tried the API first but I get a message that says "Please remember to delete all theme files before deregistration http://h6f.16e.myftpupload.com" . However if i delete the theme files from h6f.16e.myftpupload.com, I am also deleting it from http://winofphiladelphia.org which is the live site, they are the same site.
In this case, you should get login into the "h6f.16e" website and deregister the license key straight from the dashboard of the theme - BeTheme -> Dashboard, and then register license key on the 'winofphiladelhia'.
Also, are you able to migrate the website once more? Using the duplicator plugin? - we did not test the GoDaddy automated service so we are not sure if it's properly doing it.
