Updating Slider Revolution
I wanted to routinely install the updates for Slider Revolution, but got the message "Package does not contain data". We then extended support for the theme for $43 on Themeforest - but that didn't result in any change either. Now I tried to de-register and re-register the theme. But that does not work either. Now the system tells me:
"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: xxx"
How do I get the site working again?
