Sticky menu doesn't stick

Hello, I have a problem with this website: https://clal-news.appspot.com/

The menù is supposed to be sticky (it's enabled) but sometimes works only for some moments and after that seem to "crash" and the sticky will not sticky anymore :)

Can i ask support?
