Hello, I have purchased a lot of licenses, but I do not receive notifications from Themeforest about new versions, even though I have notifications turned on: https://prnt.sc/z2picd

Is it possible that notifications are turned off on your side?

    An addition: for all other items purchased on Themeforest, my notifications work.

    Hello,

    On the themeforest, you will be able to download the latest version of the theme, always.

    Also, themeforest is not managed by us, so we are not able to do anything in that case, you would have to contact the themeforest support team about that.

    If you want to see, if your theme is outdated, you can do that on the BeTheme dashboard, if it will be out of date, you will se the button "Update" right there:

    Hello Pablo,

    thank you for answer. I know how to update the theme, I would just welcome email notifications, as is the case with all other themes and plugins from Themeforest.

    Sorry, but as @Pablo mentioned, ThemeForest is not managed by us, so we cannot do anything in that case.
