demo content was not editable
I installed the garden 3 theme with elementor and all plugins. When i open the homepage (demo content) it loads with elementor, but all elements are not editable...? When i create a new page with elementor it works well? What could the problem be?

That is because the Garden 3 demo was created with Muffin Builder, not Elementor, and it is not possible to edit content created in one builder with another.
If you want to use Elementor on your website, you will have to choose a demo created with that builder or create your pages from scratch.

So i can total deactivate the Elementor builder as well?
If you do not plan to use the Elementor builder on your website, then you can deactivate it.
