Menu anchors

I need to reset menu anchors for site I am working on.

the site is in "maintenance" mode so I can give you credentials if you email me .

I do NOT know hoe to submit a support ticket. I am looking everywhere but unable to find.

Making anchor links (in the menu or not) is as simple as creating regular links.
