Failure to re-use un-registered licenses.

Hi BeTheme Support,

I have few licenses already un-registered from the website on my site, however, when I try to apply the licenses on my other websites, it still detected that it has been used. Can you help me to reset or investigate?

I have un-registered the following licenses, can you help me to reset it so that I can re-use it on other websites?
