Pop up triggered by scrolling

Is it possible to trigger an e.g. icon-box to pop up when the user scrolls down to a section of the page?

On some pages (possibly non Betheme) you see a pop up triggered directly when the page is loaded...I would prefer that to be delayed...

Sorry, but unfortunately, there is no option to achieve that in Betheme.
