Content getting deleted upon page save
A page that has been stable/functioning for months is now having a problem where we added one block item and hit save/publish sever block items and even 'sections' are deleted. Upon attempt to re-build missing rows and save again re-built rows also disappear.
Upon save and moving to preview the page, a series of errors appeared at the bottom of the page (please see attached). if you delete the 'section' that appears to have been corrupted, the error codes go away but you can not add any new content/rows and successfully save the page
We thought this issue was isolated to one page but now we just experienced it on a second page.
This second page did not produce the same errors but it did eliminate content, almost as if there were a page length cap (even though we have longer pages on the website).
our theme and plugins are up to date. this is a new issue.

Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
Thanks
We reverted to the previous PHP version and this fixed our issue
That is great that you resolved your issue! ?
Is there anything else I could help you with?
Thanks
Yes actually, thanks.
Reverting the php stopped the errors, however we are still getting cut off at a certain point on the page. We will add an item or a row, hit save and either the changes don't appear at all or they appear but only partially. This was not happening in the past and our page on the live site is longer than where it is getting cut off when I am editing it on our staging site.
We also aren't able to use the 'export' template function anymore to pull the code from our live version of the site.
There's a third issue where every time we load the page, we are getting a different editor UI, something seems buggy.
Is there a phone number I can call for support help?
An update to above, the 'export' works on smaller pages but not our longer pages
The only kind of support we provide is through this forum, but I am sure that we will handle it here. ☺️
To resolve the issues you mentioned, first, I will need to take a look at your PHPINFO file.
If you do not know how to create such a file, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
After creating it, please, send me a link to it.
Thanks
Hello, please see PHPINFO: https://tyndaleusa.com/phpinfo.php
Here is PHPINFO for our staging version where we are experiencing the issues (don't want to make edits on the live site if it's going to break) http://staging4.tyndaleusa.com/phpinfo.php
It seems that there everything is fine in your server settings.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if your website works correctly then.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, please, switch to parent, and check if the issue still appears.
Thanks
Did this issue ever get resolved? I am having the same issue, when a long home page that has been functioning properly gets elements deleted (two bottom sections in my case) upon merely editing link in a button and hitting save.

Hi Phil
I copy pasted the whole content of the PHPINFO file and emailed that. Indeed I had forgotten to attach a link to this forum discussion and got a reply with a ?
I replied to that email today with a link to this forum discussion. And the file content copy pasted into the email. Or do you need the actual link to a live file on the website? I have deleted that as a potential security risk, so if you DO need that and the copy pasted info is not enough, please let me know and I will recreate.
thanks
You need to attach a link to the PHPINFO file, as mentioned in the link I sent you.
I did not receive anything from the person who manages the mailbox, so please, send another message with complete data (link to this forum discussion and PHPINFO file).
Thanks
Hi Phil
The issue was corrected by our server admin increasing VARS for the site. However, please note his feedback:
"...please be aware that the fact your theme is stating you need this is a good indication that the developer that wrote the theme is not a very proficient programmer."
I am surprised that this continues to be an issue with the theme, making it difficult to build longer pages and / or one page websites. Perhaps the team can look into more efficient coding without the need to increase server resources.
Thaks.
Is this issue sorted with the latest theme updates? As I ran into similar situation today.
We will take a closer look at this. Previous builder construction limited us in that field, but with a new BeBuilder, this could be possible.
For now, please, check the following link:
