Sizing the portfolio on home page

Hello, I have a portfolio setup on my home page, I am trying to change the sizing of it to fit better. Ive attached 2 screenshots, one of the current sizing, and another photoshopped screenshot of what i want it to look Like. Please let me know! Looking forward to hearing back!

    Hi,

    To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please navigate to theme options -> blog, portfolio & shop -> featured image.

    Notice!

    Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
