Removing Hamburger menu from mobile

I'm looking for a way to remove the hamburger menu from my mobile responsive site and can't find a way. Am I missing something? Or does someone have a way of fixing this.

Do you want to remove the hamburger menu completely or replace it with something else?
If you want to remove it, you can achieve that by using the Header Builder plugin or creating and using Custom CSS Code.
