Muffin Builder is not loading anymore.

Hi there,

my current BeTheme version is 17.8.4 and i started to make some changes. i want to update and create some new pages but muffin builder stopped working suddenly.

i attached an images of page editing and page content. there is content on the page but no editor on backend and thats why i couldn't edit for further changes.

i have the license key and everything and want to update the BeTheme to latest version but i dont want to lose any of my content.

my PHP version is 7.0.33

what is your suggestion about it? is it ok to update it even though i get backup of website.

Hello,

The Muffin Builder is placed in Page Options. After expanding this section, the builder should appear.

Anyway, indeed you are using an old version of Betheme.

It is a good idea to do a backup of your website before the update. To do a backup, I recommend using the Duplicator plugin.
