Could we display description of the image when open prettyphoto? Currently it was showing the title of the image, we would like to show the description (as highlighted).

Sorry, but unfortunately, there is no option/setting in Betheme to achieve that.
You can search for some plugins that will allow it, but we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
