Unable to install Betheme

I just purchased BeTheme through Envato / Themeforest But I am unable to Install it either as a theme (Appearance/Theme / Upload Theme) or as a Plugin. I am on the newest version of wordpress (ver 5.6.2). I am also uploading a screenshot of the error wordpress gives when trying to install BeTheme. As per the instructions on the forum I am uploading the .zip as it was downloaded.

You got this error because you are trying to install the wrong package:

The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip
