with WMPL, the menu works, but how to use GT instead?

To be honest we have no idea because we never used it. We only use WPML plugin and this is the only translation tool we recommend to use.

Yes, I am also using WPML, but just in case because Gtranslation has free option which is kinda attractive to most ppl to provide translation for their sites.

Is there away to use this shortcode in the menu near magnifying class?

Unfortunately shortcodes can`t be used inside menu as wordpress menus does not allow to do that.

I also trying to insert in the footer section, at the Call to action, and at the copyright part, but not working either. Any tip as it's just the flags?

Sorry but we don`t have any. When we`ll have some time, we can thing about GTranslate but at this moment we are very busy with current updates and features and can`t check this plugin.
