Premium Bundled Plugins not showing

I'm trying to install a prebuilt website but I can't install Revolution Slider. It along with a number of other plugins don't appear in the install plugin screen.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, and check if the bundled ones appear in this tab.

Can you also tell me what is this Managed WordPress for?

Thank you. That seems to have worked. The Managed Wordpress is the name of the hosting account we use. It's with Godaddy.
