Hi I use Herbal theme.but it conflicts to ultimate memebr
Hi SUpport,
I use herbal themes on my website. I use ultimate member. When a new user registered, it won't send an email to the user.1. I tested by using check email and log. It shows sent an email by wp. 2.I used SMTP as well. It sent an email.
3.I switched to another theme (default theme), not the child one, then I found wp sent an email to user, users can receive an email straight away after they registed.
So I guess because the child theme conflicts with ULtimate member?
Can you help me, please?

Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so unfortunately, we cannot really help you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

But if you have this issue only when your child theme is activated, then it may seem that there are some issues in the files.
In that case, you should contact your web developer to investigate the source of this issue.
