Difficulty Registering Theme to correct URL

Hi I was having trouble updating betheme, when i checked the license at https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ I noticed that the URL was set to the temp domain that the site was built on. I de-registered it so that I could update the URL, but it seems that now I am unable to register the current domain.

It still says that it is registered in the back of Wordpress, but when I check it on the muffin group licenses tester it is not showing up or allowing me to update it to the current URL

Hello,

Are you sure that if you check the license key using the API Tool, then it's not registered anywhere?

Also, did you try to register your theme while all of your plugins are disabled?

It would be grateful, if you would attach a screenshot of the error message from the dashboard.
