How to Change #Header(min-height) to reduce large margin below header

There is too much empty space between the header and the top of the page. I have found #header (min-height: 250px) in the CSS, but changing it does not have the effect it has in the Firefox Inspector.

I am sure this must come from a BeTheme configuration field, but I've looked three times and don't see this value anywhere.

The site is https://chatswoodrelaxmassage.com.au

I have multiple other sites that don't have this problem.

Hello,

You can change the default height of the header in the Theme Options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, right below the headers list.
