hero slides (slider revolution) not displaying on some devices?
I have a client who cannot seem to get the home page hero slider visible on her macbook (in both safari & chrome). See attached photo. How can I fix this? I'm not having this issue on any other devices that I'm aware of.

I have tested your website on two devices, both on Safari and Chrome, and the revolution slider loads.
Can your client check if this issue appears on the incognito mode, too, please?

Will do. I've tested both on a Macbook 12Pro as well and can't replicate the issue. I'll let you know what I hear.
Somewhat related, what is causing the display on your screen to be so distorted? Containers are set @ 1440px and your display issue isn't what I see across other devices (see here - https://prnt.sc/10gzwkr). How can I get the header to display consistent across all desktop/browsers?
The display on the screenshot might be distorted because I was displaying it on half of the screen.
The thing that you can do is to reduce the size of the items on your menu or shorten the words you are using in it.
