Website not showing the correct homepage and custom header

Hi,

I recently installed BeTheme for a website I'm working on, the problem is that no matter what I do, something weird happens: even if I set the page "Home" as homepage, it only shows me a "sample page" with the basic "Hello World" article, even if I delete said article. Also, when I modify the header it doesn't change. This only happens in Opera and when trying to check it on GTMetrix and PageSpeed. It's not my computer's problem since the issue is present also on other computers. I'll add screenshots of the issue.
