Page and portfolio layouts
On Betheme documentation website i can see there are several layouts for single page (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/single-post-3/) and single portfolio (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/portfolio-item/single-project-7/) pages, but i don't understand how to use them.
How does that work?

Since i'm using the transparent menu bar, the content slips under logo bar, is there a way to fix this issue for all the pages?

For example i'd like to set this page from my site https://mangiafesta.it/wstar/?portfolio=portfolio-item-7 into something like this https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/portfolio-item/single-project-7/
The portfolio from the example uses the Intro Header Template.
Setting to change the template is placed in the Layout section in the Page Options, and the content of this portfolio item was created with the Muffin Builder.
