is there a way to display hamburger menu on desktop, as well as on mobile and tablets?
If you would like to have a hamburger menu on the desktop display, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and choose the layout that suits you.

but is it possibile to have both? Both the regular menu and the hamburger menu visibile on desktop?
Unfortunately, there is no option to have a regular menu and hamburger menu at the same time.
