Need of update for old websites

Hello,

We got a request from our client to update 2 websites to latest versions of WordPress, PHP and Theme+plugins.

I see that both websites are using BeTheme but a very old version.

The current version they are using is:

For http://benflex.eu/ - Version: 10.1

For https://sideralnet.com/ - Version: 7.2

My questions are:

1. Can we purchase just an update package and how?
2. How to proceed with the updates?
3. The client doesn't have access to the license codes/envato profiles. What can we do in this situation?
4. If we remove the theme and reinstall it with a new license and the latest version, is it going to break some of the current visual styles? Keep in mind that the benflex website is single page layout.

1, 2) Please head to the link we provided below, where you will find all of the information's how you can update the theme successfully and where to download the files for the update.

3) In that case, your client should contact the person who builds this website and ask him about access to it. Or, if your client has some invoice or evidence of purchase, he can contact Envato and ask them to get it back. Envato manages the license keys, and we cannot do much with it.

4) These versions of Betheme are really old, and there can be some changes on your website. Before updating, you can do a backup of these websites with the Duplicator plugin for safety.
