Can't deregister theme so I can add a new licence

I can't deregister my old theme that I can apply a new licence. When I click the 'Deregister Theme' button, I get this message. "This feature is disabled in White Label mode."

But I have not turned on White Label Mode. How do I overcome this?

My licence code does not appear on the http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ page.
