SERVER REQUIRED ELEMENT FOR BETHEME
Hi,
I have some issue with my betheme site and it is obviously because of our server configuration (hosting).
(i have other betheme site and works perfectly one others hosting company).
Technical guy ask me to give them the full required ressource for the serveur in order to make betheme work fine.
Can you please give me those informations.

I already give those informations i found in the theme dashboard.
Do you know why i can't save any page i change (JSON error) ? I think this is a pb of right for writing on it.
I already deactivate pluggins to see if there is an issu with one but no.
I work with your theme on others sites (different licences) but different hoster and i have no problem.
Only with this one hosted with another company. I think i need more rights on their machine but don't know wich one.

Please, go to Betheme -> Dashboard, and check if you do not have the API server blocked.
If you see this, please, contact your hosting provider, and ask them to unlock it.
If the API server is unlocked already, check if you are able to update your pages on other browsers.

I tried to published in Safari (instead of chrome) and it doesn't work neither...
Do you know what could be the server option that can block the page writting / publication ?
