Page Title & Header Background Not Appearing

This regards the pages on http://drhutch.edgefactorsolutions.com/.

When I started with the Dentist theme there was a nice green box with an image on it for which the page title overlaid. This went away as I edited pages and I would like it back. Can you please guide me as to what I have done wrong and how to bring these back?

Thank you

Dan

  • Hello,

Can you tell me which Dentist demo you used?

It would be great if you attach a screenshot pointing to which green box you are talking about.

    Thanks

  • I use the one on the far right that says Dentist with no number.

  • This part of the page comes from the slider.

If you do not have this slider, you can import it again. From version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please ensure that the revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.

Remember that you will have to select this slider in the page options.

    Thanks

  • I do not mean the one on the home page. I have that working. This relates to the green image and page title on the internal pages without a slider.

  • On the rest of the pages, this part is a Subheader. Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and check if you do not have selected an option to hide it.

It can be hidden in the page options as well.

    Thanks

  • This fixed it. Thank you very much.
