Register Theme ( I have deregister and register in new site)

Hello,

I made a local site, then uploaded, but the domain name changes so I had to deregister to register the code on the live site.

After several tries and a few hours he still asks me to deregister the previous site when I have already done and checked several times that it was good.

Is there a delay of 24 hours or more? or something else?
