They do not load the images of the theme

Hello,

I installed the BeLeasing theme but they do not load all the images, some elements are shown spliced, the menu options are repeated and the images that I want to replace are not loaded.

I've already tried it on Chrome and Safari and neither of those two browsers is displaying well.
