License not activating

Hi,

Previously I installed and registered the theme to premiumconcrete.dreamhosters.com site. But this site is not in use and I deregistered the license and deleted the theme folder from the site.

Now I installed the theme to http://www.rekhamuralimd.dreamhosters.com/ site and trying to register the theme but still, it's showing this messages,

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: premiumconcrete.dreamhosters.com

Please let me know how to resolve this.

While uploading favicon icon I am getting this message.

Please, install the Disable Real MIME Check plugin, and check if this error still appears.

Or you can try to upload your .ico via FTP.

One more thing. There are 3 slides in Slider Revolution. But the slider is not rotating.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Please, edit this slider, open Module General Options -> Layout, and check the type Slider.

After turning it off, the Slider works.
