I couldn't find scrolling setting in betheme. please help

If you would like to change the scrollbar display, then there is no setting to modify it.

No. not scroll setting. there is something link "nice scrolling". I disable it but could not find again. your theme setting is very complicated. you have make a very complicated thing.
We used to have this option in our theme but it was removed in version 20.9.7.2 because it was causing a lot of problems on our clients websites.
