What do I have to set on the website https://www.hasenrahm-landtechnik.de/ so that the menu bar can always be seen at the top when scrolling on the smartphone, as is the case with my website https://www.pixelway.de/ ?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, and check the Sticky Mobile option.
