Anchor don't work between different pages

Hello, I have an issue with my web. Two weeks ago all my anchors worked perfectly, even navigating through pages, but now only work on the same page.

I have disabled all the plug ins except Elementor and I still have the same issue.

I checked if i have duplicated ids and they are ok.

I can't understand how it worked with no problem and they broke, cuz I haven't installed any additional plug in from that day.

Hello,

I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please, update it, and check if this issue still appears.
