Remove the white space (padding) above the subheader image

Hi, please refer to the screenshot attached. I have marked with a red arrow the white space that needs to be removed so the subheader image is flush with the line below menu.

Also, please advise how to disable the navigational arrows (I have marked them as well) or make this smaller?

Hello,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, turn on Content | Remove Padding option, and check if this white space still appears.

To turn off these arrows, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> General, and check the option Hide Sticky Arrows.
