Slider Revolution included - unable to upgrade or activate the plugin

hi,

ive bought the theme https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048 and it states „Slider Revolution included – $29 value“. but i'm unable to press the update-button in wordpress unless the plugin is registered. what key do i have to enter? the themeforrest „item purchase code“ for the theme is not working. in muffin-license manager, i also have not found a license …
