Fatal Error URGENT, PLEASE

Today I was happy to buy and install the BeTheme on my Wordpress site and as soon as I did have no more access to it. Instead, I have this message:

I have changed the name of the plugin folder to deactivate theme and reinstall the option.php file but it doesn't change anything,

You do not have access only to your website or to the WP panel as well?
Did you install the theme correctly following steps from the documentation?

Yes, only to the dashboard. But I finally succeed to update my WordPress and I have reinstalled the Betheme. Now seems to be fine.

I have installed it but have issues with the installation of the plugins which are necessary for the prebuild theme which I want (Actor). This is the message I get.

From the warning message, I assume that your WP was not installed correctly.
Please, reinstall it, and check if this issue still appears.
