Unfortunately, there is no option to achieve that. You can only have a static image or gif for a whole page background.
The video background can only be set for sections in section options.

So how can I put a full background image for the whole page?
If you would like to have the same image on all pages, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and choose your background there.
But if you want to have this image only on one page, you will have to create a custom layout.
