After the transfer all custom CSS codes are gone

Hello, support team.

We've transfered our site from a sandbox to hosting. The license was re-regestered, the content is fine. But theme customization (Theme options) and custom CSS have gone. I can see only default appearance.

Maybe I can recall custom theme app-ce, but I surely will not recall 20-30 classes/CSS things. Where do I find them? What to do?

Can you tell me how did you transfer your website, please?

Did you use the Duplicator [Links visible only for registered users] plugin? If not, can you transfer it again with it, please?

We used this tool many times, and we never had problems with it.
