Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> SEO, and you can place your code in the Google | Analytics field.

I would like to insert the pixel code of an credit card payment service provider:

Did you put it in the place where I showed you?
You can also put it in the Facebook | Pixel field. These two fields are the only place where you can put your code without editing the theme files.
