increase space and decrease sentence length (total words per line)

my paragraph length is very long to read. (total words per line)

I want to increase white space left and right side of paragraph in post. (image below)

How can I do it?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, decrease the Grid width, and check if this space increase.

It doesn't change any thing

let me explain again. because as readability I need to decrease number of words per line. so I need to change paragraph padding

I could do this in chrome inspect temporally in CSS (picture below)
