New window link (_blank) is not opening in new window

We have used Muffin list with a title which is hyperlinked to a PDF. Have selected "Yes" to "Open in new window" but it is opening in the same window.

I have tried turning off cache plugin, but still same problem.

I have updated to 5.7.1, but it didn't fix it.

Here is a screengrab of the list. There are four annual reports listed on this page. The back-end says "Yes" to "open in new window" but it doesn't work.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the link opens in a new window.

If this will not help, please, send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
