Menu doesn't appear

The menu only appears on Chrome and visible in IE, Firefox, Opera.

How to fix it ?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this issue persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, please, switch to parent, and recheck it.
