How each box have custom color ?

Hello,

The boxes from Masonry Hover Details have different hover colors because you can set them in the Portfolio single project options.

Options that control it is Background Color placed in the Advanced section.

Excellent , And how can automate the color in theme ? I mean I don't want each time to select the color form this box , where is the settings for that?

The global setting responsible for the main color is placed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content, and it is named Image Frame | Link background.
