Hi,

why is a support term until May 28, 2021 displayed on your support website, see screen-1. I had already purchased a BeTheme license again, which, see screen-2, shows me a term until Nov 02, 2021.

If you did not use your new license key anywhere yet, you need to verify your support period with this key on a forum. Please, check the following screenshot for a better understanding.

After that, you will see that the support is valid till November.
