Not able to update page content

Hi There,

    We can't able to save the page content using 'Muffin Builder'. Please review this screencast video (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1siWB1c2IV9PnAWx042SuEtke-fIgUpNd/view?usp=drivesdk) for better understand.

   Also we didn't receive any email regarding this issue as per error message.

   Please guide us to rectify this issue ASAP. Also let us know if any details you need.

Hello,

From the logo in the Muffin Builder, I can see that you have an old version of Betheme.

First of all, you should update your theme to the newest version.

If after this, the issue will remain, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check to recheck it.

Also, before updating the Betheme, please, do a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin for safety.

Thanks, as the theme is old when we update it the site layout and styles break. Do you have any good advice guides on rebuilding after an update?

Which part of your website breaks? Please, go to theme options, save changes, and check if your website still looks corrupted.

Can you create a subdomain with an old version of Betheme, send me a link to it, and the new one to compare how it looked before an update, please?
