License key does not work
Hello. I installed the license key on a subfolder "medianetspace.com/edific", once the site was completed I transferred it to edific.it. On medianetspace.com/edific I deactivated the license key and deleted the folder but now when I enter the license key on edific.it it says:
"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: medianetspace.com"
But I've already done this

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or most importantly, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.
Notice that you can use one license key on main and subdomains, but you need to register your license key on the main domain first.
